Since 1882, Cartron has been a family company with deep roots in the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of Burgundy's cru vineyards. For decades, the soil of this area has produced high-quality fruit, which has been used to make Burgundy wines or fruits used to make juices, liqueurs, and fruit brandies. The trick to Joseph Cartron's Guignolet Kirsch is a delicate mix of mellowness and freshness. The fruits are grown within a 25-kilometer radius of Nuits-Saint-Georges.
Tasting note: Full, oily, and round in the mouth. With cherry notes, it's a nice mix of freshness and mellowness.
