1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba

step 1 Add ice to glass to chill
step 2 Add all ingredients to the shaker except Soda Water
step 3 Dry shake firmly
step 4 Fill the shaker with ice
step 5 Shake ingredients firmly
step 6 Discard ice from glass and strain ingredients then serve
