15ml Orange Juice
10ml Monin Sugar Syrup
10ml Guinness (float)

Measure
Tongs
Julep Strainer

Add all ingredients to mixing glass except Guinness
step 3
Stir ingredients well
step 4
Fill glass with ice
step 5
Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass

Float Guinness on top of drink
