25ml Monin Sugar Syrup
30ml Grand Kadoo Club 3 Years Rum
1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba
Top up with Soda Water

Calories: Approximately 290 Per Serving

step 1 Add all ingredients to the shaker except Soda Water
step 2 Dry shake firmly
step 3 Fill the shaker with ice
step 4 Shake ingredients firmly
step 5 Fill glass with ice
step 6 Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass
step 7 Top up with Soda Water
step 8 Add lemon wheel garnish and serve
