Waterford Sheestown 1.2 Whiskey is a limited edition single malt whiskey from Waterford Distillery, located in the southeast of Ireland. This whiskey is made from Irish barley grown in Sheestown, Kilkenny and has been matured in a variety of casks including first-fill American oak, French oak, and Vin Doux Naturel, creating a unique flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of honey, vanilla, and citrus, while the palate offers a smooth and creamy texture with flavours of pear, apricot, and a hint of spice. A delightful whiskey with a distinct character.
